Summary of minutes

New Board members were welcomed (Miriam Carey: Secretary; Janice Miller-Young: Partnerships; Genevieve Maheux-Pelletier: Bilingualism) and the various portfolios were reviewed. 

The annual conference, scheduled for June 2020 in Ottawa will be STLHE-hosted with 4 Ottawa institutional partners, rather than hosted by the partners themselves as has been past practice. 

The only decision was to forward the issue of two listservs to our new Communications Coordinator, once in place.
