Summary of minutes

Reports were made by the Treasurer, Awards, and EDC (re: Institute and Conference updates). 

Other matters discussed included scheduling a Board meeting at EDC 2017, scheduling reports to the Board, and the annual conference to be held in Sherbrooke, Quebec. 

The Secretary addressed communications with the membership. 

Tom Loblaw was appointed by motion to complete Denise Stockley; vacated rest of term as Vice-President (until June 2018).
