Summary of minutes

Reports were received from Partnerships and Bilingualism. 

The Board reviewed the process to approve the 2018 operating budget and the Treasurer presented a report on his view of STLHE’s financial health. 

A motion that Debra Dawson be appointed as the 3M Teaching Fellows Award Coordinator for a four year term was approved unanimously. 

The Board moved to go in camera to discuss the STLHE 2018 conference site visit. 

The Secretary reported on various issues associated with the website. 

There was a discussion regarding the development of SoTL grants and awards.
