Summary of minutes

AOR was unanimously awarded a three year contract for the STLHE Conference and Communications positions as per the RFP noted in October.

The final report of the STLHE 2019 Conference was presented, discussed, and accepted. 

Network and Outreach Funds were awarded to Erika Kustra (to support her attendance at the ICED conference in Iceland), Brett McCollum for SoTL Canada materials, Janice Miller-Young (to attend the POD conference), Brandon Sabourin (to attend a research conference on teaching and learning), and Laura Kinderman ( to hire an RA to analyse conference comments and outcomes). 

Conversations with 3M were opened and ongoing regarding the renewal of the partnership. 

Planning for the 2020 conference in Ottawa was ongoing.
