Summary of minutes

Reports were received from the 3M Council and the EDC. 

Motions to amend Article 6 and Policies 6 and 9 in alignment with the addition of TLNs both passed. 

Both the final 2018 Conference Budget and the proposed 2019 Conference budget were reviewed, the latter being approved by the Board.  

The agreement between STLHE and University Affairs is expiring and an updated agreement will be brought to the Board when ready.
