Summary of minutes

The bulk of the Board meeting time scheduled for May (1 hour) was devoted to an Information Session for the membership on bylaw revision which was recorded and posted on our website for any interested parties.  Jordyn Allen, our legal counsel on governance (Miller Thomson LLP) was in attendance to answer questions.  In the half hour before that Session, the Board met and approved the appointment of Arsenault, Best, Cameron, Ellis as our new auditors for the year 2021, concluded on a date for the Special Meeting requested by some members (June 16), and confirmed that the formal notice for the AGM was distributed to the membership this week (along with the agenda, in broad terms).
