Summary of minutes

The audited financial statements for 2021 are not yet complete and so another meeting or an e-vote will be called to approve them before the AGM.  The Board approved a motion to re-appoint our current auditors at the AGM.  Conference attendance is expected to be in the 350 – 400 participant range which is well down from the 700 budgeted for in 2020.  The Nominations Committee completed their work: there are 11 candidates for 5 Director vacancies and the electronic election will be held very soon; elected Directors will be ratified by the membership at the AGM.
