Summary of minutes

The Board discussed the child care conundrum re: the conference and the use of photos in the nominations process. 

The Board unanimously voted to include the proposed and reviewed civility policy as part of Policy 5, subject to review from legal counsel. 

The Board also unanimously approved covering the costs of two incoming 3M award coordinators to the 2018 conference, with fund being drawn from the 3M restricted funds.
