Summary of minutes

Reports were received from SoTL Canada, and it was noted that the SoTL Canada bylaws were reviewed and are in alignment with the STLHE bylaws. 

The 2019 operating budget was approved. 

A motion was passed in which the Board decided to move forward with planning Ottawa as a STLHE-led 2020 conference venue.  

The Science Teaching and Learning SIG was changed to the status of a Teaching and Learning Network. 

The Board accepted a motion in favour of establishing a new Teaching-Stream TLN.
