Summary of minutes

AOR has launched our new newsletter to communicate with our members; in addition, AOR made a proposal about our website. 

The Board discussed the budget which is relatively stable year over year; it was noted that our membership is relatively flat. 

The Board approved a new agreement between STLHE and University Affairs from 2020-22. 

The Nominations Committee was struck in anticipation of the elections coming up this spring. 

The RFP for an administrative unit was sent out within a week of this Board meeting.
