Summary of minutes

This face-to-face Board meeting is traditionally an opportunity for the Board to think a bit strategically. 

The Executive Committee members each gave updates as did the Directors responsible for particular portfolios. 

The Board also reviewed a communications strategy and the budget. 

An RFP for STLHE’s administrative unit will be forthcoming as the current contract is expiring. 

There was no other Board meeting in December.
