Summary of Minutes

The STLHE website was discussed in some detail, framed by a report from the previous Secretary. 

The 2017 STLHE operating budget was approved unanimously. 

The Secretary served notice of 2016 annual reports. 

A letter from Teaching and Learning Canada was received and discussion ensued as to an appropriate response.  

The resignation of Tim Loblaw due to personal circumstances was moved and approved by consensus. 

Laura Kinderman was appointed by unanimous vote as Vice-President for the duration of Tim’s term (to June 2017).
