Summary of minutes

Re: governance, the Secretary provided a high level overview of the ad hoc committee’s report on governance and noted that detailed discussion would commence hopefully in the New Year. 

The Treasurer reported that non-authorized signatories were signing contracts; this must be remedied immediately. 

The Vice-President reported on ideas regarding the conference this year, given the ongoing covid pandemic, and the Board agreed to a membership engagement piece to get feedback about what would be useful at this point.
