Our Crip Notes
Group Description: "Our Crip Notes is a digital zine created to spotlight the stories of disabled students in higher education across disciplines and amplify their individual and collective voices through various creative mediums. We hope to chronicle the visibility of disabled students, explore strategies of care and feature writing and art on themes of accessibility, language, and care. The stories we tell and the art we create deepen our understanding of the world. Through this, we hope to expand disability awareness across higher education, dismantle stigmas and misconceptions that surround disability, amplify the voices of disabled students and demonstrate the importance of disability justice in equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. We aim to lay the foundation for future generations of disabled students to share their stories, insights and experiences. "
