Group Description: Jack.org is a national non-profit organization committed to reducing mental health stigma, increasing awareness, and educating others! This chapter of jack.org at Dal works together as a team to implement initiatives throughout the school year to increase awareness surrounding various mental health related topics, identify and break down barriers to achieve positive mental health, minimize stigma, and impact the community.
