• OVERVIEW—Although the bylaws of the Council do not include Sylvia as an “official” member of the executive she has a central, and essential role in the work of the Executive and Council. She is our link to the past and present Fellows and to STLHE. She is the face, heart and personification of the group and her assistance has, and will always be indispensable. So we give her this special place on the list of executives.

The secretary-treasurer co-ordinates with the STLHE the use of any services and infrastructure. The term of office shall be two years with a maximum of two consecutive terms.
